This Bath Salt contains Dead Sea Salt, Evaporated Sea Salt, Mineral Salts, Epsom Salt, Essential Oils -Eucalyptus, Spruce & White Camphor (derived from Essential Oils and contains no Phthalates, Synthetic Fragrances or Dyes & Colors).
Our unique salt blend with Eucalyptus, Spruce, and White Camphor essential oils can provide Ayurvedic support for the three doshas Vata (Air), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Earth) as follows:
•Vata (AIR) Dosha: Eucalyptus oil, known for its calming and grounding properties, can help balance Vata dosha, which is associated with the air and space elements. It may provide a sense of stability and relaxation.
•Pitta (FIRE) Dosha: White Camphor, with its cooling and soothing effects, can assist in calming Pitta dosha, linked to fire and water elements. This may help alleviate excess heat and inflammation.
•Kapha (EARTH) Dosha: Spruce oil, with its invigorating and uplifting qualities, can support Kapha dosha, associated with earth and water elements. It may provide a sense of refreshment and vitality.
Using this bath salt blend with Eucalyptus, Spruce, and White Camphor allows you to experience a harmonious combination of scents while promoting overall well-being and aligning with Ayurvedic principles for dosha balance.
Directions
Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse after and emerge renewed, refreshed, and relaxed.
