Photos must be taken and damaged items must be noted on the shipping documents at the time the shipment is received at your doc. Please note failure to follow this procedure will result in your damage claim automatically being denied.

Soothing Touch Damage Claim Policy

  1. Take photographs of any damaged product. Please be sure to include both the outside and the inside of boxes. The photographs should include both wide angle and up close images. Upload images in this form.
  2. Customer must notify the shipping company upon delivery if the product arrives damaged or incomplete, and is responsible to help resolve the issue with the shipping company. Claims of shortages and obvious damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
  3. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
  4. Please save any damaged product(s) and packaging until asked by Soothing Touch to discard. We may need them returned or the shipper may have them inspected.
  5. If a shipment is damaged or lost and it was shipped on a customer’s shipping account, Soothing Touch is not responsible to replace/refund the product or refund the shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with their shipper. Soothing Touch cannot file a claim on their behalf. If the customer needs a replacement product DAMAGED BY THEIR OWN SHIPPER, they can purchase the product from us again. It is up to the customer to get the replacement cost from the shipper.
