Directions
Apply a few drops of Narayan Oil to the affected area and massage gently until absorbed. For enhanced relief, apply heat or cold after massage:
Heat: Use a warm towel or heating pad for deeper penetration.
Cold: Apply an iced towel for a cooling, revitalizing effect.
Suitable for use on sore muscles, joints, and areas of tension.
